 | Nancy Austin - Director of Children's Ministries |
 Nancy Austin came to New Hope Church as the Director of Children's Ministries in the summer of 2003. Nancy is a professional educator with ten years teaching experience in both Christian and secular schools. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and Master's Degrees in Education and Educational Technology from Azusa Pacific University. Nancy's skills in organization and expertise in teaching serve her well in this important leadership role. Studies suggest that most people who receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior do so as children, and Nancy's passion is that children who come to New Hope will begin a life long relationship with Him.
Nancy and her husband, Glenn, met in college and have been married for seventeen years. Glenn began his teaching career at Azusa Pacific University and currently works as the Academic Director at Mount Bachelor Academy, a high school for troubled teens located 30 miles East of Prineville. Nancy and Glenn moved to Bend in 2001. |
