 | Matt Wright - Ministry Assistant (Student Ministries) |
 Matt has been a member at New Hope since the spring of 2002. Recently he joined the staff as the Student Ministries Assistant. Matt has had many different jobs over the years but his heart is in serving our youth.
That light came on the first year he went to Mexico with the students of the youth group. It all came together on that trip and he has been very involved in the youth group since.
Matt grew up in a small town outside of Eugene called Lowell. He moved to Eugene after high school and attended Lane Community College and received a Computer Networking degree. After 3 years of computer work in Eugene, he packed up and moved over the mountains to Bend to pursue new adventures.
Matt is into what every Central Oregonian is into: anything outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, cliff jumping (normally into water), volleyball, softball, and just being with friends. |
